The National Post features a tasty little two-level, 2+1 bedroom penthousee condo for sale on Brunswick.
Like many condos of its ilk, it has three bathrooms. Can someone explain that to me? I've never understood why someone would need more bathrooms than bedrooms. Can it get more first-world than that?
But I digress... asking price? $1.635 million.
