Councillor Adam Vaughan and City Planning Staff invite you to a Community Consultation Meeting about a proposed development at 124-128 Pears Ave.

Date: Tuesday September 20, 2011
Time: 7:30 – 9:30 pm
Location: Church of the Redeemer, 162 Bloor St W, access from Bloor St entrance.

There will be an introduction from the City Planner, a presentation from the applicants, and a questions and answer period.

The application is to replace the former Downtown Fine Cars parking lot site with a 12-storey mixed use building with two townhouses and a commercial unit at grade.
