The Gardiner Museum, which is devoted to ceramic art, sits across the street from its grander cousin, the ROM.
But the Gardiner hosts some interesting exhibits and offers clay courses, plus a lovely lunch cafe that features chef Jamie Kennedy's inspirations.
Upcoming is an exhibit of Russian decorative arts.
Running from October 13th to January 8th, The Tsars' Cabinet features "more than 160 objects ranging from porcelain dinner services and glass wares to decorative enamel and silver wares... the exhibition vividly illustrates the majesty and luxury of imperial Russian culture during the Romanov reign."
Cheers,
Vanessa
