I didn't realize when I wrote about the Toronto Humane Society's pet adoption blitz that our own Annex Cat Rescue is "bursting at the seams."The exact wording on the website is "It has been an especially tough season this year -- our foster program is bursting at the seams -- and there are many more cats waiting on the streets, desperately needing homes!"
So, once again, if you've ever thought of bringing a furry friend into your life, now is a great time to do it.
