East Annex: Toronto's Trendiest 'Hood?

Toronto Life has declared the East Annex our city's trendiest neighbourhood. Apparently, well-heeled residents have migrated from more moneyed areas to the north that might be, in my opinion, well, let's call them a bit sleepy and leave it at that.

Toronto Life surmises the emigres are "looking for cool downtown bustle without having to give up the acreage."
