This $2.9 million Annex home looks typical from the outside, but the inside is a contemporary, open-concept, remodeled gem.
A plaque attests to its heritage pedigree, according to a Toronto Life profile.
Happy browsing.

Toronto Life's House of the Week on Kendal
Toronto Life profiled an Annex home for its House of the Week feature.
The fully updated, detached, six-bedroom beauty of a family home is listed for a cool $2.2 million.
When they have to include this paragraph in the story, you know that the home's a total winner: "Possible Deal Breaker: The dining room—with wood trim, wainscoting and its own fireplace—seems likely to make this place the default destination for extended-family get-togethers. The owner should come prepared to put all those spare bedrooms to use."
Cheers,
Vanessa

Annex Home's Price Tag Almost $2 Million
It features four bedrooms, three storeys and a... questionably tasteful gold-and-black powder room. Someone with a flair for the dramatic decorated this Annex home, which also features a hot-orange sitting room.
Located near Dupont and Davenport, the price tag is a cool $1.929 million.
Cheers,
Vanessa

Renovated Annex Home Profiled By Toronto Life
My Christmas plans are up in the air; I'm sure that many of you can say the same. Still, I'm grateful to have heat and power. And I'm happy to see people on social media opening up their homes to friends in need.
What speaks more to the spirit of the Holiday than that?
But, back to business... Toronto Life profiled a once-dilapidated rooming house that's been renovated into a show-stopping home.
Happy reading!

Toronto Star Profiles Home of Annex Resident Peter Oundjian
The Toronto Star profiles the house of Annex resident Peter Oundjian, music director of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.
Despite misspelling actor Peter Riegert's name, the feature writer describes the 4,000-square-foot residence quite poetically.
Enjoy!
