Chicken Soup on a Cold Day?

It's frreeeezzziiinnnggg out. To state the obvious. And while I love the frosty patterns that it creates on my windows, it's days like these that make me crave soup.
If you're the same, you might want to check out the chicken noodle soup at Kinton Ramen's new location near us in Koreatown.
Toronto Life says that it's the star of the show there.
Cheers,
Vanessa

Koreatown Playa Cabana In The Offing

Have you tried Playa Cabana yet? The Mexican restaurant on Dupont in our area -- and other locations -- is booming and yet another location is due to open in Seaton Village's Koreatown.
It's got a reputation as a good place for Girls' Night Out, which, in turn, would draw the opposite sex, I assume.
I would bet money that the new Koreatown location will be just as popular as the other locations.
Cheers,

Vanessa

Karaoke in Koreatown

For those of you who indulge, BlogTO has written a guide to Karaoke bars in Koreatown.
Handy if you're ever drunk enough to howl out your thoughts on a stage. Or just if you want to have fun (of a melodic kind.)

Cheers,
Vanessa

Koreatown Fashion Boutiques

Lying on our doorstep, Koreatown is a mecca for Asian food enthusiasts. But it's also home to quite a few clothing stores.
The clothes on display in some of the windows lining Bloor between Bathurst and Christie are not my style. But, as BlogTO mentions, these "under the radar" fashion boutiques could carry hidden gems for certain readers.
Cheers,

Vanessa
