Two Level Penthouse For Sale

The National Post wrote up a two-level penthouse for sale in the condo building that once was home to Loretto Abbey.
Judging from the pictures, it's as swanky as you'd expect and has a price tag to match: $1.635 million.
It's interesting for me to compare that property and its pricetag to my neighbour's 6-bedroom home, which is on the market for $1.495 million. It's also swanky AND fully detached AND has parking (which is like gold in The Annex.)
Why is it interesting for me? I remember writing real estate stories long ago, when condos were new to the city, outlining experts' concerns that condos would never fly in a place like TO.
