TV personality Anthony Bourdain spent a day in Toronto for his show, The Layover, which is a travel/food show.
While he didn't end up in The Annex, the NOW review of the show says that he paints a pretty fair picture of our town.
"They sort of got the worst of the architectural fads of the 20th century,” Bourdain goes on. “It looks like every public school in America, every third-tier city library, Soviet chic, butt-ugly, glassbox.”
Sadly true!
