Improv for Beginners

Ever been tempted to take a comedy improv class? There's a six-week course taking place on our doorstep in Sept/Oct at the CSI Annex on Bathurst, south of Bloor.

Award-Winning Second City™ alumnus Brian G. Smith leads weekly 'Applied Improv' workshops at the Centre for Social Innovation on Bathurst near Bloor.
This is a 6-week course that focuses less on ‘games’ and more on the objectives of professional & personal growth. The results are no less hilarious, and the gratis hummus rocks.

Improv Comedy Tonight at CSI

Need a laugh? You might want to check out Second City alumni in Studio 720 at the Centre for Social Innovation Annex tonight as they "act out the tribulations of running a socially progressive business co-­op.”
The improv show is called Live From the CenTre and tickets are $10.

Got A Bored Teen On Your Hands? Try Comedy!

This just rolled into my inbox and it occurs to me that anyone with a sullen teen on his/her hands may want to take advantage of classes starting Wednesday...
"The Bad Dog Youth Program is running a Teen Intensive Summer Camp filled with improv, performances and hullabaloo! (That’s right, hullabaloo!)
Tuesday July 21st is the last day to sign up for the Teen Intensive Summer Camp.
We're super excited about the week and have a lot of exciting activities planned with a great showcase to cap the week off!
