With all the hoopla surrounding the recent byelections and the upcoming mayoral election, it took awhile for it to dawn on me that we have a new city councillor.
Ceta Ramkhalawansingh is replacing Adam Vaughan, who is now Liberal MP for our area.
She was appointed to replace Vaughan on July 7th.
I guess we'll learn more about her as mayoral issues heat up after Labour Day.
