According to Toronto Life, El Furniture Warehouse, a west-coast chain with a menu of $5 items (yep -- five bucks) is opening an outpost in our area, location currently unidentified.
Interesting concept. And, apparently, the portions aren't skimpy, either.

We are actually not a chain, but you are right about the food. Everything is $4.95.
