Every year, the Sunday prior to Christmas, our neighbourhood gets warmer and brighter when we troop through the night singing songs of joy and peace to our neighbours.
I'm telling you now so that you can keep your calendar clear for the festivities.
Here's the scoop:
"OH HOLY NIGHT!!!!!!!
It is that carolling time once again....come one come all and join the Seaton Village Carollers as they go wassailing through Seaton Village and the Annex.........
Date - Sunday Dec 18 2011
Time - Meet outside of 74 Vermont Ave at 6:15 pm
- Receive a carolling book and start singing
- 6:30 pm follow the preplanned carolling route
- End carolling at 428 Brunswick Ave. and begin singing around the piano
Be sure to wear warm clothes, may want to bring a flashlight, lantern whatever to see music with.
Please pass this message to all interested souls......all are invited.....singing voice unnecessary.....joyful, festive spirit necessary."
