Happy long weekend!
When I travel to cities that use the waterfront well, I'm reminded of the woeful state of our city's relationship to its aqua borders.
Ottawa has two lovely rivers in its downtown -- the Ottawa and the Rideau -- and though they are not as majestic as our massive Lake Ontario, the city embraces them, which makes all the difference.
