Have I introduced you to TED? Before I do, let me warn you that it's easy to get seduced by TED and to spend hours exploring TED's many wonders.

Consider that your time-sucker alert. But I don't call it a time-waster because TED lectures, which are available free online, are among the most fascinating and educational that I have seen.

My New Year's resolution is to listen to one a day.

And the one that I listened to today blew my socks off. It's about vulnerability.
