Annex Mums Meet Up Group

I have two teens now, but when they were wee, getting out and talking to other Moms, or just plain getting out, kept me happy and sane.

And happy and sane Moms are a good thing.

I thought about all this when I saw an ad for an Annex Mums Meetup Group.

I took a little online look and am sad to see that the drop in group for Moms and children at the MNJCC seems to be defunct and, of course, The Children's Storefront is in the middle of rebuilding. Stinging losses both.

However, Bob Abate Community Centre, across from Christie Pits, still offers a morning drop in in its gym three times a week.

Hanging out in the park and yapping is great, but that gets kiboshed when the weather turns rainy and/or cold, which is too often in T.O. What else do Annex Mums do these days?
