Babies Documentary At The Bloor

There's a great documentary, Babies, at The Bloor tonight at 7 pm.

Here's part of a review by Rick Groen, The Globe and Mail: “The premise of this French documentary is simple: Follow four newborns from four corners of the Earth – Namibia, San Francisco, Tokyo, Mongolia – through the first year of their existence. The cultural differences are many, but it’s the commonalities that cry out here, until our global babies seem to be babbling canonically in the same village. Touching and funny and thoughtful too, this William Blake’s “Infant Joy” brought to rich cinematic life.”
