DS, who turns 14 in a few days, was a bit of high-maintenance baby. Not up all night screaming, but not easy-as-pie, either.
When he was very wee, an RMT friend signed me up for a free baby massage class. Brilliant! Massaging the wee one -- especially his feet -- turned him from cranky to complacent in no time. Still works, as a matter of fact.
So I had to tell you about the new Baby Massage class at the MNjcc. Here's the scoop:
"Happy Babies - Happy Parents
The MNjcc has a new arrival - a Baby Massage class!
This one hour class is taught by Jessica Rust, RMT and has loads of benefits. Massaging your baby helps relieve colic and constipation, enhances alertness, strengthens the immune system and helps develop muscle tone. Meet other new parents - an added bonus.
