Salad Recipe

My sister sent along this picture and I really liked it, so I thought I'd share it with you.
The candles make the table look so inviting and I love the reflected column of light from the balcony doors.

My sister took this pic at a friend's house when she was there for dinner. Her friend served the following salad, which I hear was divine.
And so simple to make!

Spinach leaves
Endive leaves
cucumber
some fresh mint
fresh pear slices (optional)

Dressing:
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons honey (or pure maple syrup, if you prefer)
2 teaspoons light oil
salt
pepper

Toss and serve.
