"200 Bloor Street Development Review Meeting
You may recall this address as the “McDonald’s” site. This application proposes to replace four small commercial buildings at 192, 192A, 194 and 200 Bloor Street West with a mixed use development including a 28-storey residential point tower on a 2-storey
podium.
City of Toronto Planning staff are hosting a statutory public meeting for this project.
