Dupont Planning Meeting Nov. 2nd

There is a proposed development for 555 Dupont St., just east of Manning.
Here it is in a nutshell:
"The Application to amend the Zoning By-law proposes to expand the neighbourhood-serving commercial usues permitted at 555 Dupont St.. The list includes and [sic] number of retail, service, restaurant and office uses to be located in the floor space of the existing one story building with additional size restrictions on the restaurant uses."

There will be a public meeting about the proposed development November 2nd at City Hall. More details are on the Seaton Village Residents' Association website.

March 24th Planning Meeting

For those of you with an interest in developments in our area, an upcoming meeting might interest you.

And I quote:
"Dear Annex Residents,

I would like to invite you to my next Annex Planning meeting. Please join me to learn about proposed developments in the Annex neighbourhood and provide your feedback.

Date: Wednesday, March 24, 2010

Time: 7:00 - 9:00pm

Location: OISE, 252 Bloor Street West, on the 4th Floor in room 414

There will be presentations about proposed developments at the following sites:

• 164 Avenue Road (former Downtown Fine Cars site)
• 24 Spadina Road, Alliance Française

Updates will also be provided on the proposed development at 200 Bloor Street West and efforts to create a pedestrian walkway south of the Green P lot between 200 Bloor and 204 Bloor.
