Mental Illness Awareness Week

It's Mental Illness Awareness Week, so I thought it fitting to again draw your attention to the most-eloquent Blog that my niece, Ashley, writes.
Ashley's posts on One Deep Breath lately have been written from the hospital and are from the very front lines of one person's struggle to achieve mental wellness.
They are amazing to read.

One Deep Breath

I'm fortunate that my lovely niece married a lovely woman and expanded the, well, loveliness in our family.
Ashley struggles with depression and Borderline Personality Disorder. She is a fantastic writer and has been tackling this topic a lot lately on her Blog, which is called One Deep Breath.
She is attempting to up her number of subscribers. If you'd like to read some great posts about mental health; faith in the modern age; and just life in general, have a read and perhaps give it a follow.
Cheers,
Vanessa

One Deep Breath

As I mentioned, news is slow. I remember reading once that the last week in July and the first week in August are the two most popular weeks for summer vacation.
So, I'm going to go off topic a wee bit to share with you my niece's Blog, one deep breath. (She married my niece last summer, so is she my niece now? Niece-in-law? I think it's just plain "niece.")
It's been lovely to welcome Ashley to the family and, boy, can she write! And she writes about the most interesting things, too.
Enjoy!
