Is that time of year again -- one year is ending and a new one beginning. Compelled to make a New Year's resolution?
Our neighbour, Dr. Mike Evans, has a new video about the fact that "you are 10 times more likely to stick with a change made at the New Year."
Interesting. And good luck!
Cheers,
Vanessa
News continues to be slow, which is a good sign that people are busy doing non-newsworthy things, but not unimportant things. Connecting with family, catching up with old friends, relaxing, enjoying good food and drink and looking forward to a new year are all worthy pursuits that feed the soul.
Are you going to make a resolution this year? I often don't, but I'm going to this year.
On this last day of 2012, I will share again with you our very own Dr. Mike's tips about New Year's resolutions.
Turns out it IS a good time to make them.
Cheers,
Vanessa
Neighbour Mike Evans is at it again. After the runaway success of 23 1/2 hours: What is the single best thing we can do for our health?, which has more than 3 million views, our friendly neighbourhood family doctor has continued to produce and share videos about interesting health topics.
The latest is about keeping New Year's Resolutions and why this is a good time of year to recommit to your health -- or anything that you want to improve or change.
It's less than six minutes long and well worth your time.
Cheers,
Vanessa
