Everyone should make their day... Harder?! That's the concept being touted by our neighbour, Dr. Mike Evans.
Confusing? Let me clarify: use a push mower instead of an electric one; walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevator; have a walking meeting instead of a sedentary one.
