Apparently, custom shoe making is making a comeback thanks to "hipsters."
The Annex is home to a popular bespoke shoemaker, Nick's Custom Boots, according to a Toronto Star article.
I can only think that it's a good thing to move toward owning five, custom-made shoes for a lifetime rather than hundreds of pairs that only last a year or two each.
