Community Meeting: Bathurst Built Form and Land Use Study

Mark March 3rd on your calendar if you'd like to have a say about future development on Bathurst St.
Here's the scoop (though this meeting is not mentioned... yet. Cough... cough...):
"The City of Toronto has initiated a study to develop a built form and land use vision for Bathurst Street between Queen and Dupont Streets. Bathurst Street plays a unique role as a boundary between the area our Official Plan identifies as "Downtown and Central Waterfront" and the rest of the city.
The purpose of this study is to develop a planning and urban design framework that addresses land usebuilt formheritage, and the public realm. This vision for Bathurst Street will be developed to provide guidance to property owners proposing new developments, to inform City staff in reviewing applications for new developments, and to ensure that Bathurst Street reflects the community's vision for the area."
The March 3rd meeting takes place in the cafeteria at Central Tech from 7 to 9:30 pm. (enter off Borden St., through door #2)."Cheers,Vanessa
