There is some progress, according to the Toronto Star.
"Bloor St. is poised to become Toronto’s next bike lane battleground now that the public works committee has asked staff to examine the impact of cycling routes on the major east-west corridor.This environmental assessment is the first step in a long process."
And I'm certain that means a loooonnnngggg process.
Mayor Ford will be against it, I'm also certain.
But if the process takes long enough, maybe he won't be Mayor by the time it comes to a final vote. Fingers crossed!
