While away, I toured around some smaller Ontario towns. Perth is a definite gem. Just an hour's drive southwest from Ottawa, this charming place is nestled on the banks of the Tay River. It's full of heritage sites and buildings and has been called the prettiest town in Ontario.
This pic is of Stewart Park, which is smack dab in the middle of the action near the main streets.
