Historical Maps of Toronto

Much like the author of this Torontoist piece, I have a fascination with old maps. 

The one at right is a bird's eye view of Toronto in 1876.

To my eye, Hogtown doesn't reach much further north than Queen Street on this map.
Amazing -- less than 150 years ago.
