Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug First Nation (K.I.) and Productions Cazabon are bringing the national 3rd World Canada Tour to the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto to build relationships for change between First Nations and Canadians.
Join us November 8th to participate in the tour! The evening will commence with a performance from the K.I. Youth Drum Group: Waking Spirit Singers.The documentary 3rd World Canada will be introduced by special guests including Ontario Regional Chief Stan Beardy and filmmaker Andrée Cazabon. Afterwards, K.I. community leaders and film participants will host a discussion with the audience and recognize local aboriginal artists. Local Outreach Projects will be highlighted throughout the theatre and online at 3rd World Canada to connect Torontonians with current reconciliation initiatives. The 3rd World Canada Tour is part of an on-going social movement to engage Canadians as allies to First Nations. Through friendship – this tour can act as a catalyst for change in Canada. | |
