Please join Councillor Vaughan and City Planning staff to review a proposal to amend the proposed commercial use at 555 Dupont Street.

Location: St Alban's Boys and Girls Club, second floor, Library. 843 Palmerston Ave.

This application, to alter the interior of the former Leal Rental site, was approved by City Council in November 2011. At the time, the approved interior was for several neighbourhood-serving commercial uses, none of which would be larger than 200sq m.  The applicant would like to revisit this approval and ask the community if support exists for a single commercial use.

Please join Councillor Vaughan at a meeting to review the mid-block staggered parking pilot on Barton Avenue, from Christie to Bathurst.
