The Globe and Mail featured an Annex townhouse that sold in 7 days. The price was quite reasonable, too. Must be because it's above street-level retail, which seems to turn people off. But many moons ago I lived in a condo like that in The Beaches and it was delightful! Quiet downstairs neighbours, too.
