Annex resident Jini Stolk won a Toronto Arts Foundation's William Kilbourn Award for the Celebration of Toronto's Cultural Life.
Kudos.
I like that she discusses the importance of arts education in schools. It's something that tends to get shunted aside when budgets get tight, but it's so important.
