Christie Street in 1919

On Facebook I follow a group called Vintage Toronto that posts some great old pics. This one is of Christie Street "looking north to Davenport Road 1919?"
Almost a hundred years ago... much more wooded, wasn't it? The house in the foreground almost looks like a farmhouse.
