Environment Day Saturday in the Ward

This is from Councillor Adam Vaughan's newsletter:
"WARD 20 Community Environment Day
Plans are underway for this year's Ward 20 Community Environment Day.

Date: Saturday July 9
Time: 10am - 2pm
Location: Central Technical School, at 725 Bathurst St.

Community Environment Day is your annual opportunity to drop off your unwanted, used or unused small electrical items (ie. cell phones, computers, TVs), used tires, and household hazardous waste for recycling or disposal.
You can also bring many items including art supplies, sporting goods, books, CDs, medical equipment and non-perishable foods, which will be donated to the public school board and Goodwill. Composters, water efficiency kits, and rain barrels will be available for purchase."
Cheers,
Vanessa
