Greetings, all!Not everybody likes turkey. Sad, but true.
My kids discovered a recipe a few years back for a ham that is dead easy to make and that comes out of the oven looking very elegant and impressive. (Witness the "borrowed" photo.)
So I thought that I should share the recipe!
If you're a "non-cook," give it a go... it's hard to mess up!
I buy the hams at our local Metro, at Robert and Bloor St. West., in case you think that they're hard to find.
It's impressive to serve at a sit-down dinner and it's great for a buffet, including mine Saturday. People were 2 1/2 hours late and the ham held up (which is more than I can say for my poor scalloped potatoes).
