Let's face it: A lot of small, community-oriented websites are created, then left to wither.
I think all of us understand that it happens easily, especially if it's volunteer-run.
So it's nice to see when a neighbourhood website has a bit of a renaissance, which is the case with the Bloor Annex-BIA website lately.
BIA = Business Improvement Area and it usually represents local businesses that have banded together to promote the neighbourhood.
