It's a pretty one!
Toronto Life's House of the Week is on Elgin Avenue, which, I must confess, is a new Annex street name for me. (Yes -- I looked it up. It really is in The Annex, unlike some streets that Realtors fudge about.)
It's a beaut!
But at $3.4 million, no wonder.
