I'm a fan of mid-rise buildings in neighbourhoods like ours. Not so massive that they stick out like a sore thumb, yet creating denser housing than single family homes in amenity-rich areas like ours.
A Toronto Star story, The Rise of the Mid-Rise, mentions three such projects, including The Perry, which is "perched on the edge of Ramsden Park, between the Annex and Rosedale."
