Electoral Boundaries: Carolyn Bennett Nails It

Federal election boundaries are changing. Public meetings devoted to the proposed boundary changes highlighted one of Toronto's strengths: our recognition of and devotion to our neighbourhoods.
MP Carolyn Bennett sums it up nicely in a Town Crier article:
"What followed was an inspiring demonstration of the strength of neighbourhoods. Toronto has always been described as a city of strong, vibrant neighbourhoods and their residents said loudly that they did not want to be divided."
