As you may know, Central Tech swimming pool is home to Saturday community swims from 2 pm to 4 pm.
The community swims are over for this year, but will start up again on Sat. Jan. 8th -- perfect for any people with physical fitness on their New Year's resolution list!
Here is a message from the organizers: " Please note at this time that in order to ensure that funds are available to support the future of the community swim, we will begin to ask for a voluntary donation as of January 8th, 2011. We need to do this in order to invest in a permit and lifeguard fees for the academic year of 2011. We will be asking for a donation of a dollar per adult, 50 cents per child as of January 8th. Remember that this is voluntary and that all are welcome."
