Well, I was going to start this post talking about how salads go hand-in-hand with the warm, summer weather and outdoor BBQs, but that would be kind of silly, wouldn't it? Given that most outdoor meals these days turn into cold and soggy affairs.But it is fair to say, I suppose, that summer is salad time because of the great bounty of fresh veg, so let's go with that.
In that vein, I stumbled across a link from the NY Times to 101 salad recipes.
